Payment Policy Reminder

Even though insurance may be filed, all bills are payable upon receipt and the patient/guarantor, not the insurance company, is responsible for the payment of all services. 

If you receive a statement showing a balance on your account, you may:

1.  Pay the balance in full within 30 days of receipt of the statement date.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You may pay online at https://pay.instamed.com/kidschoicepeds. 

2.  If you are unable to pay the balance in full, you may contact the office to make payment arrangements.  We are willing to work with you!

PLEASE don't let your account lapse!  If the balance on your account exceeds 30 days past due, a $15 Late Fee will be assessed to the balance owed.  Additionally, in the event that a past due balance is turned over to our collection agency, your child(ren) will be discharged as patients of our practice.
