Prescription refills should be requested during normal business hours.  Normal turnaround time on these requests is 24 hours so please plan accordingly.

It is not our policy to call in prescriptions of any kind without the child being seen by a physician first.

Our physicians require that all patients be immunized according the American Academy of Pediatrics' immunization schedule.

Normal turnaround time for the completion of forms (i.e. sports physical form, state immunization form, etc.) is 24 hours so please plan accordingly.

We request at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  If three (3) scheduled appointments are missed without notification or cancellation, you will be asked to seek medical care for your family elsewhere.
